4. Acceptable Use

5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our pricing with prior notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
6. Intellectual Property
Ouasl and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ouasl and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you create using the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ouasl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
